CEP Homepage

The Community Enablement Project (CEP) is a pilot by TOUCH Community Services to build a community that is safe, inter-reliant and stimulating, enabling older residents to age well at home safely and meaningfully regardless of their needs or stage in life.
The CEP is aligned with TOUCH’s vision to build Strong Families, Caring Generations and Enabled Communities.

Spearheaded by TOUCH in October 2015, the CEP taps on more than two decades of eldercare experience to rally and activate residents within an Ang Mo Kio precinct - to promote a culture of mutual support to support ageing-in-place.

Officially opened on 2 June 2019, TOUCHpoint@AMK 433, a key CEP platform, seeks to engage and equip residents to be community resources to support the needs of seniors holistically.

Residents are empowered to stay happy, healthy and helpful. Through coaching and peer support, we intentionally build a nurturing environment, journeying with residents to pick up practical skills, know where to find help and learn how to take charge of their health and well-being.

The CEP is part of TOUCH’s efforts to adopt practical and sustainable care solutions to address the growing needs of a rapidly ageing nation likely to face a shrinking workforce and other resource limitations.
