TCW
is a service of TOUCH Youth, a division of TOUCH Community Services. Our programmes are supported by three pillars, namely EducationCentre and Counselling, built upon a solid foundation of Research and Development.

Education (Awareness Focus): Through our high quality school-based and community education programmes, we work closely with youths, educators and parents to cultivate respect, a balanced lifestyle and responsible use of digital technologies to effect a positive and healthy cyber culture at home, in school and community.

Centre (Prevention & Sustenance Focus): Through our Cyber Wellness Centres (CWCs), we deliver a range of pre and post intervention programmes that seek to foster a spirit of positive change and development through short to medium term mentoring processes.

Counselling (Intervention Focus): We are also the key agency providing counselling on cyber wellness issues. TCW is the first agency in the world to have developed an “Adolescent Pathological Video Gaming Treatment Model” which has been in use since 2006. We are highly esteemed for our counselling services especially in the field of pathological gaming and conduct training for counsellors in counselling pathological gamers.
