Caring for the
Elderly at Home
To learn how to help your elderly loved one live
safely at home or to seek advice on caregiving
issues, call our Care Line at 6804 6555.
“My father had a fall recently and has difficulty moving around at home. What should I do?” “Where is the nearest day care or senior activity centre?”
These are common questions asked by individuals who call TOUCH Caregivers Support’s Care Line – a helpline for caregiving or elderly-related issues.
Care Line is manned by our team of care coordinators, comprising healthcare specialists, such as occupational therapists, nurses and social workers, who are familiar with issues on the ground.
Going beyond information and referral services, we discuss care options based on your unique situation, lend a listening ear and work together with your family to offer practical solutions.
In 2014, TOUCH Care Line emerged a winner for Good Practice (Productivity and Innovation Category) in the ILTC Excellence Award, presented by the Agency for Integrated Care.
So call us today for a discussion.
